Before you continue

Please make sure you meet our minimum requirements:

A formal NCS training program such as Newborn Care Solutions' Foundational Course or an equivalent training program (including postpartum doula training) or certification; or 5+ years of professional experience working in-home as an NCS or postpartum doula.
Complete the Agency Skills Assessment.
A minimum of 2 years' or 5 short-term positions (whichever is less) working exclusively in-home as a Newborn Care Specialist or a postpartum doula.
Ability to work legally in the United States, either as a W-2 employee or as an independent contractor operating your own business.
Glowing references from past employers.
A professional demeanor and communication style, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for caring for infants and supporting new families.
A driver's license for positions that list driving as a requirement.
